McHenry Fiesta Days

From July 13th through the 17th, McHenry Lodge participated in the annual Fiesta Days community festival held in McHenry, Illinois.  Through the week the Lodge operated a concession stand selling popcorn and cold drinks to visitors.  Proceeds of the sales went to support the Lodge's charitable activities.  On Friday the Lodge sponsored an Illinois Child Identification Program event during the Ice Cream Social.  Finally, on Sunday, the Lodge entered its float in the Fiesta Days Parade.  Brothers and their children walked alongside the float in the sweltering heat handing out three-thousand freeze-pops to grateful onlookers.
